Heather C. Panton is the senior advisor for social impact and human rights at 成人VR视频. As a passionate social impact and sustainability leader, Panton spearheads initiatives to integrate business and human rights accountability and sustainability into corporate strategy, and drive social responsibility across the organization. With a focus on innovation and partnership, she leads efforts to help 成人VR视频 leverage its proprietary data, technology, and subject matter expertise to advise corporate and government customers, and support them in addressing supply chain transparency and due diligence reporting.

Before her role at 成人VR视频, Panton held significant public service and policy positions, including at the White House, the U.S. State Department, and the McCain Institute. At these institutions, she shaped policies and programs that addressed global challenges such as human trafficking and international human rights. Panton鈥檚 time in these roles gave her a global perspective on the intersection of policy, sustainability, and social impact, allowing her to translate large-scale challenges into actionable strategies.

Panton鈥檚 unique background in government, corporate, think tank, education, and non-profit sectors positions her as a thought leader in sustainability and social impact. She frequently speaks at global forums on issues ranging from social innovation to ethical business practices.

Today, Panton is the recipient of the prestigious Eisenhower USA Fellowship and Strategy and Statecraft Fellowship at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She is also a graduate of the McKinsey Academy Executive Leadership Program.

Panton is currently a candidate in the Executive Masters of International Relations program at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and (CSIS) in Washington, D.C. Panton holds a degree in Psychology from Liberty University.

In addition to her professional work, Heather dedicates time to mentoring young leaders and volunteering with organizations focused on human rights. She and her husband, David, reside in Washington, D.C. area, and are parents to five children.
