Kelly McGee is an associate of Guha PLLC, focusing on federal criminal defense, government investigations, and civil matters. She graduated聽cum laude聽from Georgetown University Law Center (J.D. with Certificate in Refugee and Humanitarian Emergencies) after receiving her degree聽magna cum laude聽from the University of Notre Dame, where she was a Rhodes Scholarship finalist.
Kelly served as a public defender for approximately three years representing indigent New Yorkers prior to clerking with His Honorable Robert R. Reed in the Commercial Division of New York County.
