You can upload the following document types into CoCounsel:
- PNG
- JPEG
- Word
- Excel
- CVS
- PDF
- Zip of a folder containing any of the preceding supported file types
note
- There's a limit of 2000 pages/100mb per document. If your document is larger than that, you can聽upload it in sections聽to work around this limitation.
- If your PDF file contains several images and you receive an error while uploading it, we recommend exporting your current PDF to a new PDF. This process compresses the file to help make it compatible.
- The Knowledge Base limit is a maximum of 10,000 files per person and 50,000 files per company.
